-Setting up a Video Visit is easier than a phone call!

You now let the inmate know when you and your family are available to visit. Anytime you are on-line, the inmate is notified.

The way it works is:

Once you are logged into the HomeWAV system, the inmates’ station screens display and scroll the inmates name in green as having a visitor on-line and ready for a visit. The inmate simply enters their ID information and the visit can begin.
